長日咖啡（Chang Coffee Co.）源自彰化八卦山，自家咖啡莊園堅持從栽培、採收、後處理到烘焙，全程層層把關，只為呈現最具台灣風土特色的精品咖啡。

2024年榮獲彰化縣國產精品咖啡豆評鑑－種植組頭等獎，以 84.67 分通過專業杯測，獲得評審一致肯定。

每一杯咖啡，都代表著土地、陽光與職人的堅持。

☀ 全系列天然全陽光乾燥

八卦山擁有充足日照與良好的丘陵地形，是台灣重要的咖啡產區之一。

長日咖啡全系列咖啡豆皆採天然全陽光乾燥，不使用高溫機械乾燥，讓咖啡果實在陽光下緩慢熟成，保留更完整的甜感、香氣與層次，也展現對自然與永續的堅持。

🍯 蜜處理 Honey Process

去除外果皮後保留天然果膠，以全陽光自然乾燥，讓果膠糖分慢慢滲入豆心，甜感飽滿、口感圓潤，是長日咖啡最具代表性的經典風味。

風味｜ 蜂蜜、焦糖、熟果、滑順甜感

💧 水洗 Washed Process

利用天然發酵與水洗去除果膠，再以全陽光乾燥，呈現最純淨、透明的咖啡風味。

風味｜ 花香、柑橘、青蘋果、甘甜尾韻

☀ 日曬 Natural Process

完整咖啡果直接日曬乾燥，讓果肉天然糖分充分滲入咖啡豆，造就濃郁果香與豐富甜感。

風味｜ 莓果、熱帶水果、厚實甜感

🌼 丹桂香 Osmanthus Coffee

選用品種珍貴的丹桂（朱砂桂），以天然窨香發酵工藝製作，全程不添加任何人工香精，讓桂花香自然融入咖啡，散發優雅細膩的花香層次。
